- 24 Hour emergency help line.

- Bimonthly scheduled inspections.

- Spot checks on customer Segway management and maintenance.
|
- Free monthly rider training.
|
- Onsite repair and maintenance.
|
- Monthly Segway service and report sheet.
|
- Loan unit (if repairs cannot be done immediately).
|
- 8 hour response time (in major cities).
|
- Monthly status meetings with management (optional).
|
- Annual part replacements, which include:

- Colour Console and Trim (leansteer frame, console trim, handlebar grips).
|
- The unit comes standard with:
|
- 2 helmets per unit leased
|
